App and website

Okayu has no custom EULA. Use of the App is subject to Apple’s standard EULA. These terms supplement that EULA and also apply to this website. They do not replace the EULA.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. They are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s terms. Okayu never receives your payment details.

Independent app

Okayu is not affiliated with or endorsed by Umami Software, Inc. Umami is a trademark of its owner.

Your connections

You are responsible for permission to access connected servers and for your accounts and credentials. You are also responsible for any Umami Cloud plan fees. Okayu does not charge those fees.

Data and login keys

Statistics come from your own Umami server. The server’s data is the source of truth. Demo mode uses fictional data.

The connection flow for Umami v3.4 may create or revoke persistent login keys.

Availability and responsibility

The App and website are provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, Okayu’s developer is not liable for losses arising from their use or unavailability. Nothing here limits rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. We will update the effective date and last updated date shown above. Changes apply from the stated effective date.

Privacy and contact

See our Privacy Policy for privacy information. For questions about these terms, contact support@okayu.app.

Language

If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
